We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not and you wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original unused condition for a refund within 30 days from delivery.
When you place an order on gelornails.com, you are welcome to return any item(s) provided you return them within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Returns that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging or they will not be accepted.
You are responsible for all products until returned to us. We are not liable for the loss in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will receive a refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original delivery cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 14 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed.
We do not refund initial delivery charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
Nothing in these terms shall affect your right to return products under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and any equivalent or replacement laws.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit/gift card used.
If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 30 days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.
Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
Please notify us by using the contact page immediately with a photo of the damage.
To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.
If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 14 working days from delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation. You will receive an email notification of your refund from our team.
If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
